Shipping

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders typically take between 1 to 3 business days to process and 8 to 12 business days to arrive. Please note that any orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major couriers and local courier partners.

I placed an order, can i change an item or cancel?

Yes, you may request order cancellation by emailing us at info@modin.store

We strive to provide the best shipping times, that's why we may ship your order within hours and we can't give you an exact deadline until you can cancel your order. If your order has been already shipped, modification or cancellation will not be available.

Where can i track my order?

After we dispatch your order , we will send you the tracking number on email, along with the tracking page where you can see the status of your order.

Do i have to pay import fees?

We ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) so all import fees & charges are handled by us for EU shipments.

What if my exchange item is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss available options. We’ll give you an update on when we expect to have the product back in stock. If you've already returned your item and the product is sold out, we will contact you to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you didn’t receive this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product arrives damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, sometimes products can get damaged during shipping or production. We're happy to resolve this for you. Please email info@modin.store with a photo of the issue, and our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.

What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please ensure your return is shipped within the 14-day return window. In the unlikely event you miss this period, contact our team to discuss your options info@modin.store.

Where are you based?

We are based in the Netherlands.
We own & operate through multiple warehouses over the globe, including in key point locations i.e. US & Europe & Hong Kong & Middle East.

Why is my order delayed?

Your order might get delayed for one of the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- An order is shipped to remote country.
- Carrier backlogs
